The author has run ‘Dolphin Alexander Courses’ for a number of years and her course ‘is now transferred to video’ according to the sleeve. These are the first two of an unspecified number of videos which will comprise the course. The first video spends over 40 minutes on the ‘shake-out’ (shaking your hands, arms, ankles, etc. in turn), a rotation and a skiing movement exercise. The rest is used on case histories, a little about Alexander and the concept of use of oneself and footage with music. The second video spends 20 minutes going through a questionnaire (enclosed) and some 20 minutes discussing sitting, using a wedge, in a car, etc. More case histories, more music.
