Making Space [Audio tape]

Two talk-throughs of the semisupine, starting lying down. Both talk through getting up to standing. Side 1 explains the explains the purpose of directing. Typical phrases are allow to be supported, letting go, dropping back, soften, heavy head, resting back, diagonal release across back. Side 2 incorporates more outside stimuli like hearing, seeing, etc. In particular, side 2 encourages imagining smiling in various parts of the body and allowing light to fill up all of oneself, including one’s aura.
