John Dewey and F. M. Alexander II

This 1948 paper introduces the Technique and gives an outline of its theory before discussing how Dewey paid tribute to the Technique and lists ten points which influenced Dewey’s philosophy. It also contains a review of Man’s Supreme Inheritance by Randolph Bourne in 1918 with Dewey’s reply and an article by Dewey, ‘A Sick World’, from 1923.
