Anatomy of the Moving Body

This 31-lesson course was written for the author’s training course. The purpose is to present a basic text covering all the muscles, bones and joints relating to movement. The writing style is conversational and the vocabulary is kept as non-technical as possible. Although the Technique is not introduced, issues related to the Technique, such as ‘forward and up’, are mentioned. The b/w pencil drawings are simple; there are only a few muscles shown in each drawing. (Descriptions refers to first edition by North Atlantic Books.)
