The purpose of this Companion to the Alexander Technique is to make it easy to locate sources on a specific topic. It is not an introduction to the Alexander Technique. Most of the books, articles, etc. listed are not introductory material.
It contains at present 368 entries, but more are being added monthly. The entries cover more than 1,210 articles and 162 books on the Alexander Technique, as well as some 60 books and articles not specifically on the Alexander Technique. An article or book may of course be cited several times.
The easiest search function is Search Category, as this narrows search results considerably and provides an overview listing of results. Ensure that only one search criteria is selected.
